...you’re not struggling

because you lack talent.

You’re struggling because

your worth still depends on what happens outside of you.

As a Dancer...

I help dancers stop relying on validation
and build Self-Sourced Sovereignty™

so they can show up in class, socials, and competitions
clear, grounded, and fully themselves.

🎬 You replay the class video 12 times looking for everything wrong.

🙋 You say YES to every dance cause saying NO seems unkind.

😔 You watch the other dancers and you spend rest of the training comparing.

🫣 You got a compliment for your performance, and immediately cancelled it out.

🎢 When your trainer praises you, you're on cloud nine. When they criticize you, you think about quitting.

What if this was your reality?

Who I am and why I know this works: I've been dancing for over 20 years: across styles, stages, and competitions.

And I know what it’s like to love dance
while slowly losing yourself inside it.

I know:

> the comparison
> the shrinking
> the overthinking
> the wanting to quit
> the quitting
More than once.

I didn’t struggle because I lacked discipline. I struggled because I had no real relationship with myself. So no matter how much I trained, achieved, or tried to “improve”, the same patterns kept following me.

I tried everything: classes, coaching, mindset work, self-development. But nothing really changed where it counted. Because if your relationship with yourself stays the same you can still:

👉 look confident and feel deeply insecure
👉 do well and still feel like it’s not enough
👉 get praised and only remember the criticism
👉 have one bad class and question your whole ability
👉 keep dancing, but never fully as yourself

That was me too. And when I built what I now call Self-Sourced Sovereignty™, everything changed. Not because I became someone else. Because I learned how to stop working against myself.

Now that’s the work I help dancers do too.

My coaching blends: psychological tools, somatic work, radical honesty, evidence-based visualization techniques and integration work.

Because real change doesn’t happen when you just understand yourself more. It happens when you can finally be with yourself differently in the moments that used to pull you out of who you are.

Hello, I am Anita!

Examples of Dancers' Success Stories

With Anita's support in just a few months I grew more as a dancer than I did during my 8 years of ballroom dancing. Providing the tools and her guidance but most importantly giving me back my power over my body, mind, soul & heart. Getting me to a place where I can again find freedom, self-expression, sensuality and lust, connection to myself, but most importantly UTTER JOY in dancing and in life.

All after giving up my dreams for 10 years...

Nora quit too...than she came back...
Elisa tied her worth to winning and being chosen

With the help and loving support from Anita, I managed to overcome my validation need on the dance floor and in real life. Thanks those two months, I learnt how to deeply and unconditionally love myself, and to stand up for myself. I'm not afraid of taking my space anymore, not "failing" competitions, cause I know my worth. If you're struggling right now in your dancing (which is intrinsically related to your human life), do yourself a gift and go on this journey. Thank you Anita, for helping me rising everyday for the rest of my life.

IN PERSON WORKSHOPS

Live Experience

Some work needs the room.

The body. The real-time moment. The things that only surface when dancers are actually in it together.

These workshops are built for more than insight. They are spaces for real shifts, in how dancers relate to themselves, each other, and the culture around them.

Sometimes I facilitate them solo.
Sometimes in collaboration.

But they are always grounded in the same foundation: self-worth, boundaries, sovereignty, and safer dance culture.
