I quit dance 3 times.
but because of the self-doubt, comparison, and constant need to feel “good enough.”

Not because of dance itself,
At some point, it just became too much:
the judgment, the pressure, the way I kept tearing myself down.
But this didn’t start in dance.
It started long before that, in the way I learned to relate to myself.
Walking on eggshells.
Shaping myself to be accepted.
Trying to finally feel loved, chosen, enough.
Staying in dynamics that slowly disconnected me from who I was.
So of course it showed up in dance.
I didn’t trust myself.
I relied on validation.
And I kept abandoning myself in all the possible moments. Especially when I needed to be there for myself the most...
At some point, I realized, this wasn’t a dance problem.

Everything that made me quit…
...is now exactly what I help dancers break.
So they don’t have to go through the same cycle
of self-doubt, people-pleasing, overthinking, and holding themselves back.
This is how Self-Sourced Sovereignty™
was born

It means...
You don’t wait to feel chosen, approved of, or validated.
You become your own source of safety, trust, and direction.
Not by faking confidence.
Not by becoming someone new.
But by uncovering what’s already there,
and learning to actually stand by yourself.
When I learnt that...
EVERYTHING changed
I stopped trying to prove myself.
Stopped performing for approval.
Stopped using self-hate talk to punish myself and abandon myself when things got hard.
Stopped trying to belong, to fit into the box.
And started having my own back, especially in the moments that used to break me. Not just in dance, but first and foremost in everyday life.
How I work?
🫴 BOUNDARIES
Most dancers don’t realize this:
Your ability to say yes or no
shapes everything.
What you accept.
What you tolerate.
How safe you feel.
How you show up.
Boundaries aren’t just communication.
They are self-trust in action.
This is NOT about hype, mindset tricks, or surface-level confidence.
This is about changing how you relate to yourself, in real moments.
🧠 VISUALIZATION
Not in a “manifest your dream life” way.
We use science-backed methods to shift how you respond in real moments, so you don’t default back to old patterns on the dance floor.
Usable tool that you take with you for the rest of your life!
🌿 INTEGRATION
You don’t need to burn your old self.
You don’t need an “identity shift.”
You need to learn how to work with yourself instead of against yourself.
Integration means:
You don’t just understand your patterns. You learn how to use them in your favor instead of letting them hold you back.
👑 CREDIBILITY
> 20+ years in dance (partner dance, choreography, competitions & social scenes)
> 5+ years coaching dancers
> 4+ teaching
> 800+ dancers transformed through 1:1, workshops, speeches and group coaching
Now I help dancers stop working against themselves, and build a relationship they can actually rely on in real moments.

Not by fixing them but by changing but by changing how they respond when it actually matters.
So instead of:
• overthinking every move
• looking around for validation
• shrinking, hesitating, or pushing through
They can:
• trust their choices without needing reassurance
• say yes or no, and actually mean it
• stay present instead of spiraling in their head
• move and express without constantly checking if it’s “right”
And become their own best and loudest cheerleader, on and off the dance floor.
IF YOU ARE DONE
