I have been there.

Blaming myself.

Not feeling good enough.

And I quit dancing...

...but YOU don't have to.

🎬 You replay the class video 12 times looking for everything wrong.

🙋 You say YES to every dance cause saying NO seems unkind.

😔 You watch the other dancers and you spend rest of the training comparing.

🫣 You got a compliment for your performance, and immediately cancelled it out.

🎢 When your trainer praises you, you're on cloud nine. When they criticize you, you think about quitting.

I'm here to tell you that this is absolutely not true.

Stay with me and you'll understand exactly where the secret lies.

I made my failure story

other dancers' success story.

It could be yours too.

Who I am and why I know this works: I've been dancing for over 20 years: across styles, stages, and competitions.

And I hit every single wall you're hitting right now. The comparison. The shrinking. The quitting. Not only in dance. In life too.

I genuinely hated myself. I thought very little of who I was, how I danced, and what I could ever achieve.

I went to therapists. I sought answers from trainers. I read 100 books on self-development. Nobody could get to the core. Nothing stuck permanently.

So when everything and everyone had "failed me", I went on my own journey. And I finally understood.

Nothing will change until you build a real relationship with yourself.

I call that Self-Sourced Sovereignty™. If you don't, this is how it goes:

👉Confidence will kick in with the alter ego you created but you'll get tired of pretending.

👉Winning will feel great, until you don't place.

👉People will give you compliments, but the negative comments are what devastate you.

👉You'll have good days on the floor, but one bad training undoes all of it.

👉You'll keep dancing but never fully as yourself.

I did that too. But when I built Sovereignty, that's when everything changed. That's what I now help you build.

My coaching blends: psychological tools, somatic exercises, radical honesty, evidence-based visualization techniques and integration work. It meets you in your body, your patterns, and your story.

And it goes where most coaching is afraid to go.

Hello, I am Anita!

Examples of Dancers' Success Stories

With Anita's support in just a few months I grew more as a dancer than I did during my 8 years of ballroom dancing. Providing the tools and her guidance but most importantly giving me back my power over my body, mind, soul & heart. Getting me to a place where I can again find freedom, self-expression, sensuality and lust, connection to myself, but most importantly UTTER JOY in dancing and in life. All after giving up my dreams for 10 years...

Nora quit too...than she came back...

RE.LOVE YOUR DANCER (TM)

1x1 coaching program

The deepest, most direct path.

We go into your specific patterns: the comparison, the shrinking, the approval-seeking, and we build sovereignty from the inside out.

This is personal. This is yours.

And it moves fast because nothing is generic.

SOVEREIGN DANCER (TM)

Same work. Community container.

Because sovereignty built alongside other dancers who get it hits differently.

You are not alone in this, and soon you won't have to do it alone either.

Group but limited spots. Still laser-sharp approach.

IN PERSON WORKSHOPS

Live

Some work happens in the room. In the presence of others. In the body. In real time.

These workshops are about collective change, because when sovereign dancers gather, something shifts in the whole space.

Sometimes facilitated by me alone. Sometimes in collaboration.

Always grounded in the same foundation.
